SUMMARY:Rossmoor Restorative Yoga: The Art of Rejuvenation
DESCRIPTION: \nFridays-July 10th-August 18th. No class: July 31st. Make-up/bonus class August 11th\n \nSeries of 8 classes     4:00-5:30pm   \nShasta Room\, Rossmoor Fitness Center.  \nSeries limited to 10 participants.  \nAdvance registration  required. $100 or receive Early-Bird Discount $90 by April 15th.      \nRestorative Yoga comprises a series of well-supported floor postures allowing gravity to do the “work.” Deep releases of long-held tension expand range-of-motion while practicing “conscious relaxation” for an extended time to stimulate the body’s rejuvenation system. The focus is mind/body/breath effortlessness and ease. You will learn basic postures and how to use props to safely and comfortably to support the body toward harmony and balance. Instruction is compassionate\, soothing\, personalized and light-hearted. The experience is nourishing\, grounding\, and…blissing.
