May 26 and June 2, Thursdays : Free IAM®-20 Meditation Technique Training Learn or refresh your IAM Meditation technique!: 10-10:50, Shasta Room (Donations appreciated to cover materials and room rental. Leena’s teaching is free. Bring yoga mat if you have one. Training begins 10:10 on the dot. Please arrive by 10am. Two-part class for first-timers taking the training. Repeats welcome.
Now! Mondays TLC/New Beginner, 11:35-12:50-still room for a few more. If you took TLC and felt you needed more support or a little more depth, this class is for you! I’ll prorate for first two missed classes. Students who repeat TLC/New establish a solid foundation, retain basic practices and thus, advance with more confidence and ease.
June 1: Encore! Yoga of Forgiveness: Forgive…Again…and Again! 12:00-1:50pm. This mind/body/spirit workshop was such an effective transformational experience it is back by popular demand. $15 per person, limited to 10 participants (and I mean it!). Pay in advance. You decide what you want to forgive! Truly a mind-body spring cleaning! Last time students chose to let go of shame around hoarding, pet-peeves, body-bashing, anger and more. Combines physical forgiveness asana series (can be adapted for chair or visualization), meditation, sharing and long-long guided relaxation.
June 7-13: NO LEENA YOGA CLASSES!!! I’m with my teacher!

June 15: New Series! TLC-1 We tested the series earlier in the spring and it was a hit! So we are ready for prime time. We start where TLC/New Beginner leaves off and learn 25-30 postures. We begin Wednesday June 15st
